Love Apartments charity is highly dedicated to providing safe and quality affordable housing in underserved communities with extreme passion and care. Love Apartments focus also on food distribution to families in need. We value our partnerships we have developed with law enforcement in each community.
Our partners are drug and alcohol treatments centers, employment agencies, day care centers. Job training placement, food distribution. We work with the homeless population in the inner city. We currently host homeless families in our buildings.
Affordable housing is the core of the work we do at Love Apartments. Our charity is committed to helping families and individuals in Memphis access safe, dependable housing in communities that support stability and opportunity.
By providing affordable housing options, we help residents build a stronger foundation for employment, family life, and long term well being.
Love Apartments and Investments works with a network of trusted community partners to provide additional support services that help residents succeed beyond housing.
These partnerships allow us to connect individuals and families with resources that support personal growth, employment opportunities, and community stability.
Love Apartments Charitable Foundation is currently working on developing a Love Apartments Youth Mental Health Clinic and Community Room.
The youth and their families within our underserved community are experiencing mental health crises and opioid addiction at an alarming rate.
Our services will include medications for opioid use disorder and other substance use challenges, individual and group counseling, case management, assessments, telehealth, and intensive outpatient programs.
Together our team will help patients achieve life changing results.
The program will directly address gaps in access to care by delivering comprehensive primary care services within patients’ homes, thereby reducing barriers related to transportation, mobility, socioeconomic limitations, and care fragmentation.
Our community room will provide access to computers where the youth and their families can apply for jobs and achieve GEDs.
A food pantry will also be available.
Love Apartments works with individuals and families throughout Memphis who are facing housing challenges. Our charity is committed to supporting underserved communities and helping families find housing that is safe, stable, and supportive.
We work closely with community partners to ensure residents have access to housing along with the support resources needed to build stronger futures.
